Global's School Construction Management group is currently providing Construction Management services for a very aggressive 3 year Modernization Program involving $38 million in bond funds for the Reed Union School District's 3 schools in Tiburon, California.

Prior to this we completed a very successful 3 year Modernization Program involving $75 million of local and state bond money, and $9.8 million FAA/SFO money, on 17 schools at 16 sites. The program has involved the coordination of 4 Architectural Firms, 9 different General Contractors and dozens of Inspectors, Testing Agencies, Independent Contractors and Suppliers.
